The fast-paced strategic game Overcooked! 2 now has a harvest festival update. Just in time for the season, you can enjoy new challenges and mooncake desserts while working to serve the festival attendees. Players get to celebrate the start of the annual Mid-Autumn Festival which is celebrated across China and East Asia. This update features Kevin the Dog and The Onion King welcoming the autumn season with three varieties of mooncakes, which is a traditional dessert for these celebrations. You can enjoy five new levels and tackle a brand new challenge: lily pads! These lily pads can barely hold a chef’s weight, so don’t stay put for long!

This update is available now on PC and consoles for all players. Overcooked! 2 has been rolling out many fun seasonal updates, adding continuous fun and dynamics to this award-winning multiplayer game. This update will also be included in the upcoming definitive edition of the Overcooked! series, and Overcooked! All You Can Eat which is coming later in 2020.

If you have never played the Overcooked! games before they have fun, cartoony graphics, and a snappy sense of humor. The games revolve around going to various levels in order to complete an overall game-centric quest. Each level has its own unique challenges as you cook more and more complicated dishes within a time limit. To add an extra twist on things, you must dodge obstacles, navigate strangely laid out kitchens, and even tough out the weather in order to get a high enough score to go on to the next level.
