A character from Blizzard’s upcoming multiplayer shooter Overwatch is set to be hopping into another of the dev’s games soon, as they have revealed that Tracer will be coming to Heroes of the Storm. The character will be available on April 19th for those who pre-purchase a digital copy of the Overwatch: Origin Edition on PC. However, those who don’t get in on the Origin Edition will not be missing out on the character entirely, as they can purchase the character starting on April 26th....

On May 26, Hi-Rez Studios released the Shadows update for hero shooter Paladins, which contains a great deal of new gameplay and cosmetic content, as well as a brand new addition to the game in the form of limited-time game modes. The update also officially unleashes the game’s newest champion, Vatu, and ushers in the second-ever Event Pass, Paladins’ new take on seasonal progression. Limited-time game modes are becoming standard for competitive shooters as of late, and they are already a main feature in Hi-Rez’s tactical shooter Rogue Company, so it’s no surprise that Paladins is getting them....

Paloma Aguilar says that her Big Brother 24 experience ate her alive. While many people saw her behavior as inexcusable, the star is at least talking about it and addressing it. And while she does drop some of the “I was edited to look bad” trope, she also owns some of it. She also talks about the toll being on Big Brother 24 took on her mentally. A lot of fixes are released with patch 3.14.2b Update 1.81 (3.14.2b) has arrived for Path of Exile and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. Grinding Gear Games continues with another big-ish update, this time around providing a great number of fixes for various aspects of the popular action-RPG title. Today, PAX West has officially confirmed that their 2021 game expo will be taking place in-person. This announcement marked the first major North American gaming event to occur face-to-face since PAX East back in 2020. Good news for RPG fans interested in expanding their Nintendo Switch library. Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is coming to Switch later this year. Pillars of Eternity’s sequel was originally announced for PC, Mac, and Linux, and the game’s April 3 release date was revealed just last month. Sony has revealed that, after months of rumors, Horizon Zero Dawn will be coming to PC this summer. The information was revealed in an interview with Herman Hulst on the PlayStation blog. Hulst, the former managing director of Guerilla, the first-party studio that developed the game for the PlayStation 4, is now the head of Sony Worldwide Studios. As such, he was perfectly placed to drop this great news during the interview....

Warner Bros. has announced that a two-floor pop-up experience inspired by the world of Pokémon Detective Pikachu will open in Covent Garden, London in early May. The pop-up opens to the public on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th May and is a short walk away from Covent Garden tube station in London. The experience is designed to immerse fans in the world of the Pokémon Detective Pikachu movie. The ground floor will “offer numerous fun photo opportunities alongside bright yellow walls....

Halloween has nearly arrived, and for Pokémon Go fans, the upcoming event has yet to be detailed by Niantic. However, for several weeks, the datamining team at PokeMiners has been sharing multiple assets uploaded to the game. Those assets will create a spooky Halloween map for players to see in the game. For this year’s event, players are given the choice between three branching paths (Battle, Catch, or Explore) as well as three levels of difficulty (Relaxed, Standard, or Master) when starting their Special Research.
