Project Wingman, the combat flight action game from the team at Sector D2, is releasing on Steam later this Summer. The game will also feature VR support, allowing you to get more immersed in each dogfight than most games offer. Sony’s latest patch for the PlayStation 3 offers some new features for all users that were previously reserved for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Firmware revision 4.50 allows for auto-downloading of updates, the ability to transfer data between the PS3 and Vita via Wi-Fi, and privacy settings that allow selection of whether or not you want to show your trophy collection. As noted, these were once premium features for PlayStation Plus subscribers — things that could have made the PSN a much better experience for all, years ago....

The Xbox Series X is less than a year away. Still, Microsoft has already had to defend its strategy with console exclusives, with Phil Spencer stating that it’s a case of putting the player at the center of the attention and not the console. Team Ninja is warning PC modders that buy Dead or Alive 5 Last Round to keep their creations clean. Much like 2K Games does with WWE 2K15, PC modders are encouraged not to create anything too inappropriate for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round. The game’s director, Yohei Shimbori, revealed this during an interview with MCV. He said they have to deal with mod issues “from an IP holder perspective“. Obsidian Entertainment’s Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire will feature full voice acting, surpassing an initial stretch goal originally promised by the game’s developers on Fig. The news comes from a video interview between Obsidian Entertainment’s Aarik Dorobiala and Pillars of Eternity II’s audio director, Justin Bell. In the interview, Dorobiala asked Bell how much voice acting the “Double the V.O.!” stretch goal would bring to players after Obsidian originally promised “twice as much voice over” work in exchange for $2....
