PS4 specific notes today Update 2.53 has arrived for PlanetSide 2, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. This patch was released on March 25th, 2021 and it is specific for the PS4 version of the game. Aside from bug fixes, the developer also notes when they will be releasing Chapter 3 for the game. Maintenance for this patch is already finished so you should be able to log-in and download the update the next time you boot up your PS4 console....

The Wait is Over! PlayStation has finally today revealed its summer showcase event where fans will get the chance to get a better idea of what comes next from PlayStation Studios this holiday season and in the coming years. The PlayStation Showcase of 2021 will be streaming this September 9th, exactly a week from when the announcement was made, and will be streamed at 1 PM PT and 10 PM ET....

Anyone who plans to get the upcoming Pokémon game for the Nintendo Switch but is worried about looking like an idiot in public when they flail their consoles around to try to catch some wild Pokémon might have nothing to fear anymore. Nintendo has confirmed that motion controls won’t be required to play Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! in handheld mode. Instead of motion controls, a Nintendo representative told IGN that players can use “the joystick on the left Joy-Con controller to aim and press the A button to throw a Poké Ball....

Pokémon Go is setting up a new Players’ Choice poll for trainers who will be taking part in the Battle League Season 9. The poll will decide which past cups should return for Season 9. The poll will start on Wednesday, October 20 at 3 PM PT, and it will then end the following Wednesday at October 27 at 3 PM PT. Persona is 25 years old and to celebrate, Atlus announced that it is holding a Persona festival in Tokorozawa Sakura Town venue in Saitama which is near Tokyo. The festival will run from May 28 to July 10. Exhibits at the festival will include a lifesize statue of Arsene, a persona from the fifth entry in the mainline series, as well as other personas famous within the series. The Davinci Store, a local bookshop within the venue, will be selling Persona merchandise and artwork of the series’ main characters wearing the store’s uniform....
