Finding Pokémon with specific Natures will be much easier. Today (November 1), Nintendo held a Direct that focused on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Immediately following this Direct presentation, a Nintendo Treehouse Live stream took place, during which gameplay from a number of upcoming Nintendo games was shown off. Two of these games were Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee! A lot of the gameplay shown for these games were things those following the development of the games have seen before, but there were a couple of new features shown off as well....

Jangmo-o is a Dragon-type Pokémon that can be encountered in the wild or hatched from an Egg in Pokémon GO. Due to its elemental attributes, this Dragon-type Pokémon is resistant to Fire, Water, Grass, and Electric Type Moves. On the other hand, Jangmo-o is weak to Ice, Dragon, and Fairy-type attacks, which deal 160% more damage to the Pokémon. While there’s no official information on whether Jangmo-o can appear as a Raid boss in Pokémon GO, it is highly likely that it will be a Tier-1 Raid if players find this Pokémon at a Gym....

The closest analogy in Niantic’s massively popular game would be eggs, which players hatch via walking and can result in some rare and desired characters or common ones that are quickly transferred for candy. Players have often sought out lists of potential hatches, but that might be unnecessary soon with Niantic announcing a new test initiative that will allow players to see what might hatch from their eggs in Pokémon GO....

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Moon has a new update that is available for download that brings various fixes to improve gameplay according to the patch notes. Version 1.2. for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon fixes a glitch in the game where certain moves would cause the game to freeze. The download is 539 blocks, so be sure that you have the space available for this update. If you choose not to download it, you will not be able to use the online features of the game....

The Pokémon Company started pre-registrations for Pokémon Unite on Android and iOS devices about a week ago. The game will be releasing on September 22, and players can pre-register for it on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The Pokémon Company has several gifts for the pre-registered users, including 1,000 Aeos Ticket, Pikachu Unite license, and the Holowear—Festival Style: Pikachu that unlock on reaching different pre-registration thresholds. Pokemon Go players have once again been thrown into chaos with the recent update that killed the scanners and maps that many had come to rely on. As the game itself has lost the ability to track Pokemon, these third party services have become crucial for many, but Niantic seems to be on a crusade to destroy them all. Now, as the third party developers get closer to cracking the code and bringing maps back again, the developer behind the largest one, FastPokeMap, has called out Niantic for what he feels have been very poor decisions....

The Pokemon GO Team has just announced that Legendary Raids will be coming to Pokemon GO every Wednesday evening in June! After collecting feedback from players about Legendary Raid Hours over the past few months, they have decided that even more Legendary Raids will be occurring this month. For one hour every Wednesday evening, Raid Battles with the currently featured Legendary Pokemon will be appearing in greater numbers on your in-game map....

A new Safari Zone got announced for Pokemon GO, and it’s coming to Canada, specifically in Montreal this Sept. 20 to the 22. The Pokemon Company is reopening its in-person Play! Pokemon tournaments in select regions, and the tournaments are rolling out COVID-19 requirements for participating venues, players, and organizers to follow for everyone’s safety. Signs posted at each public entrance must remind everyone of recent known COVID-19 symptoms and ask symptomatic individuals not to enter the venue regardless of their vaccination status. Those who do enter the tournaments (i.e. spectators, players, and event organizers) need to wear their masks at all times and bring their own hand sanitizer with them if they have one....

Pokemon fans will be happy to know some toys will be available at Mcdonald’s later this year in kid’s Happy Meals. As noted by Hardcore Gamer, several Pokemon toys and cards will be sold at McDonald’s restaurants from November 27 until December 23. Overwatch 2 kicks off on October 4 with an early access release. The free-to-play shooter will start with PvP multiplayer and a seasonal model, meaning the game will get new content every nine weeks. That’s according to Blizzard, which has just published Overwatch 2’s content roadmap. The first two seasons have been outlined, with the promise of more in the new year. The critically acclaimed narrative survival game is making its way onto the PlayStation 4. Pathologic 2 will release in early March on the PlayStation Store.
