Phil Spencer has assumed control of the Xbox Division at Microsoft. The former head of Microsoft Game Studios has issued an address to Xbox fans on the Xbox Wire. In today’s Wall Street Journal Tech Live Conference, CEO of Microsoft Gaming Phil Spencer indicated his plans to make Call of Duty ubiquitous throughout all gaming platforms.
