Pamela Anderson generously defended Tim Allen after her allegations against him went viral. Tim Allen’s flashing controversy made headlines when snippets from Pamela’s upcoming books got out. Subsequently, the Home Improvement actress tried to shield her co-star from online lashes. Read on for more details.

Pamela Anderson Defends Tim Allen

Pamela Anderson defended Tim Allen, saying he had no “bad intentions” when he allegedly flashed his penis at her on the Home Improvement set.

“Tim is a comedian, it’s his job to cross the line. I’m sure he had no bad intentions,” the actress wrote in a text message to Variety, per her cover story published on Thursday, January 26.

Pamela claims in her Love, Pamela memoir, which hits bookstores on January 31, that the incident occurred on set. She says she walked out of her dressing room on her first day of filming the ABC sitcom in 1991 to find Allen wearing a robe.

Pamela says she laughed uncomfortably when he allegedly told her that his exposure was “only fair” because he had seen her nude. This was most likely a reference to her Playboy covers.

Tim Allen Flashing Throwback Unearthed

Tim Allen’s flashing controversy didn’t end there. The comedian denied ever flashing Pamela, saying he would never do such a thing.

Subsequently, on Tuesday, a throwback clip of Tim and his Home Improvement wife, Patricia Richardson, resurfaced and went viral. In it, the actor lifted his kilt in his co-star’s direction, flashing her.

However, Patricia clarified to ET that Tim was “well-dressed” in the blooper.

Love, Pamela comes out in the US on the same day her documentary, Pamela, A Love Story, premieres on Netflix.

Pamela Anderson’s defense of her co-star may offset some of the rancor against him online. Meanwhile, Tim Allen’s flashing controversy has not and may never be proven, as he denied it.
