Can’t make it to E3 2018? Why not head to a nearby movie theater for the next best thing?
Can’t make it to E3 2018? Well, you’re in luck. Sony Entertainment of America has announced the details for its PlayStation E3 Experience this year, allowing fans in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile to come together at a nearby movie theater and check out Sony’s E3 2018 showcase on the big screen.
Tickets will be available free of charge starting June 5 at 11:00 a.m. PST/2:00 p.m. EST/6:00 p.m. GMT. Registering for a ticket (links to register will be shared at a later date) will reserve your seat as long as you check in at the theater 30 minutes before show time, while everyone else will need to queue up at the theater starting two hours before showtime for a chance to be placed in any leftover seating.
Those who attend will receive an exclusive poster, miscellaneous goods and a digital gift basket which will be distributed via the Experience PlayStation app.
