Pokémon Unite is launching a new update in just a few short days (August 18) so here’s all that will be changed and added with the update. This update will primarily focus on bug fixes, polishing, and balance updates (similar to the patch on August 4). This time around, another batch of Pokémon are being both buffed and nerfed to tackle the ever-evolving meta, with Crustle, Snorlax, and Greninja seeing the biggest heap of tweaks. Alongside that though, the Pokémon Blissey is coming to the game as a new Support Pokémon. She brings with her heal and attack speed increases, making her great in compositions with Pokémon who dish out high levels of punishment.

Without further adieu, here’s everything that’ll change with the Pokémon Unite August 18 update!

Like said, there isn’t much being given in terms of specific details. Still, knowing these characters will be changed at all gives something to go off of. It seems that Pokémon Unite’s August 18 update is mainly focused around buffs, though that’s not to say there’s a lack of nerfs. There’s also a whole host of bug fixes, but seeing as the balance team loves us, those are left under wraps as well. Regardless, be sure to let us know your thoughts on the changes at a glance.

Pokémon Unite is available exclusively on Nintendo Switch, with mobile releases currently in the works. For more information regarding this update, check the official blog post.
