Pokemon Go is one of the best modern mobile games out there today. The mobile app utilizes VR technology while accompanying the ability to interact with other players. Since 2016, the app has been evolving and bringing fans closer into the world of Pokemon. From raids to catching Shiny Pokemon, the app brings everything to life. Speaking of Shiny Pokemon, two Pokemon are now Shiny. Players will be able to catch them more March 30th.  I have only ever caught two, a Shiny Sandshrew and a Shiny Squirtle.

Shiny Pokemon are rare and fun to add to your collection. The two new Shinies are Lotad and Castform.  Any Pokemon that is affected by the weather will appear more frequent on Saturday, March 30th, between 11 AM and 8 PM.  Castform will also have the move weather ball added to the game. You’ll also receive special field research tasks from Poke Stops, which will culminate in encounters with Lotad.

Niantic is keeping busy with Pokemon Go this week with the Spring Equinox Celebration! During the celebration, Grass Pokemon appear more frequently.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had much luck with the Spring Equinox Celebration. But I am confident players are utilizing the field research and all the benefits of the celebration event to their advantage. Niantic has shown that as a gaming company that they want to put out the most realistic and player-friendly experience as possible. With all that’s happening next week, I am looking forward to another exciting season with Pokemon Go. I am still trying to evolve some of my Pokemon from Kanto. That’s what makes any Pokemon game continuously amazing for players. There is always more work to do and Pokemon to catch or evolve. Hopefully, Niantic has more Shiny Pokemon to come our way.
