Pokemon GO – The Best Movesets and Counters for Scolipede

The best moveset to use with Scolipede in Pokemon GO is Poison Jab and Sludge Bomb. These moves provide high DPS output and Same-Type attack bonuses. While a move like Megahorn deals more damage overall, its EPS is also much heftier, making it less viable in battles. Furthermore, another one of Scolipede’s main moves, X-Scissor, deals considerably less damage despite having similar EPS.

What Counters Scolipede?

Since Scolipede is a Bug and Poison-type, it is weak against Flying, Rock, Fire, and Psychic-type moves. All four of these types deal 160% increased damage during battles. However, Scolipede is strong against five different types, with Fighting and Grass being the least effective.
