The latest Pokémon games have brought a new divisive mechanic with each new generation. Some people loved the previous Mega-evolution gimmick. Then, the Z-moves were a hit or miss. Yet, the latest mechanics of Gigantamax and Tera-Pokémon have not been the best. People still gather friends to participate in the new Tera Raids in Paldea. Right now, Charizard has made its debut as a 7-Stars Tera Raid, and we have other great creatures coming as well. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Tyranitar and Salamence Raids are coming this week. This will give players the chance to capture these iconic Pokémon.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Tyranitar and Salamence Raids start on December 8

As confirmed by Serebii, a website for all things Pokémon, the iconic duo of Pokémon will be arriving at Tera Raids. One thing to keep in mind is that these creatures have some version exclusivities. Tyranitar will be exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet Tera Raids, while Salamence will appear on Pokemon Violet Tera Raids. This is a bit sad for people who don’t have friends to trade with but is still a nice way to get a powerful Tera-type Pokémon for the team.

How to Get Larvitar Claw in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

The event begins on December 8, and as always, you can choose to either tackle it alone or with other 3 players. We recommend the latter though. Charizard has proven to be a challenge for most players, so having a group to help will make things easier. With the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Tyranitar and Salamence raids, we can see that Nintendo is pushing this new mechanic for players to try. However, it’d be better if they focused on fixing the game. The latest patch brought a few fixes but nothing too notorious. It remains to see if they’ll fix things right now or wait until Nintendo launches a potential DLC for the games.
