Get ready to shout “It’s Morphin Time” repeatedly with the upcoming game Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid. It’s been nearly 26 years since the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers first appeared on TV and now they are returning to consoles this Spring.
Hasbro is partnering with game studio nWay to develop the game:
Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is a brand new fighting game for consoles. The combat system is built from the ground up and is not taken from the mobile game.

25 years after the release of the team’s first game on SNES, the Power Rangers will be coming to PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this year. The team released much more information on the game’s website.
The cool thing about the fighting game will be the ability to cross-play across each system. Players will be able to fight against other people no matter which system they own.
Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid will be available digitally in April for Xbox One, PS4, and the Nintendo Switch. The game is expected to have a PC release sometime later this year.
