Kicking things off is Stellaris, a heavy hitter exclusively for your GOG account. Stellaris is, in a very loose sense, a 4X that asks what’d happen if Civilization decided to be a galactic conquering simulator. In the game, your goal is to expand the reach of your colonies by whatever way you see fit. Whether that be through diplomatic relations and alliances, or all out war with the entire galaxy Mass Effect style, that’s up to you and how you formulate your empire. In the end, success is the only option. While the game does have to be used through your GOG account, it’s a small price to pay for such an interesting game.
