The PvPvE survival game Project Winter has just announced a Partner Program via their official Reddit. Having recently made its way onto Xbox and the Game Pass, the developers are now looking for streamers to act as community ambassadors and help spread the word about the game.

For those unfamiliar, Project Winter is a game of deceit. A band of survivors—with traitors in the mix—strive to escape a harsh, frozen environment before time expires. As the survivors move to gather resources and contact rescue vehicles, traitors try to stop them. While the game has recently fallen into obscurity, Project Winter at one point was near the top 200 games of all time on Steam for concurrent players (at #221).  With striking similarities to the massively popular Among Us, Project Winter‘s proposed partnership program could be all the game needs to get it back into the public eye.

The requirements are relatively simplistic:

  • 20 hours of Project Winter streamed per month OR 3 YouTube videos per month
  • Must abide by the Project Winter Community Guidelines
  • Channel must be in good standing with their platform and follow ToS
  • Creator must be over the age of 16 years old

Beyond the potential in-game perks, streamers can view the opportunity as a way to grow a smaller channel. Being part of the Project Winter Partner Program would be a great way to capture some of the small but loyal fanbase that the game has on Twitch. If you’re already streaming the game, this is a perfect way to create a mutually beneficial relationship with the developers. Help them continue to grow, and they will reward you with plenty of perks.
